Where do i begin..from the first time i walked in Daniel greeted us with a smile.I am getting my kitchen remodeled and he helped me pick out my tiles and backsplash .i am not the easiest person to please and i change my mind at least 5 times.he was soo patient with me and went above and beyond with his service even delivered my tiles with his personal truck because i needed them right away and no trucks were available. I walked into Xclusive after visiting several tile stores, totally undecided, but with a vision in mind. Within 15 minutes I had my tile picked. Danny was amazing. He asked me questions, took time to listen and pulled my look together in no time. I spent hours perusing stores with no one even willing to give me ideas or to talk about mine. I was led to the area and left there to stare, hence the confusion and indecisiveness. Not only was Danny, quick and efficient, he was pleasant and personable. He also went through hoops to get my order in in a short turnaround time. Can’t wait to work with him again for my next project!
