Where do i begin..from the first time i walked in Daniel greeted us with a smile.I am getting my kitchen remodeled and he helped me pick out my tiles and backsplash .i am not the easiest person to please and i change my mind at least 5 times.he was soo patient with me and went above and beyond with his service even delivered my tiles with his personal truck because i needed them right away and no trucks were available. The quality and service you get from him is exceptional i would 100% recommend xclusive tile .its stressful enough to remodel and Daniel made that part of it super easy.I thank him for his help and will continue to use him in the future

I walked into Xclusive after visiting several tile stores, totally undecided, but with a vision in mind. Within 15 minutes I had my tile picked. Danny was amazing. He asked me questions, took time to listen and pulled my look together in no time. I spent hours perusing stores with no one even willing to give me ideas or to talk about mine. I was led to the area and left there to stare, hence the confusion and indecisiveness. Not only was Danny, quick and efficient, he was pleasant and personable. He also went through hoops to get my order in in a short turnaround time. Can’t wait to work with him again for my next project!

I don’t normally right reviews but I felt the need to do soIn this case. I met Danny from Xclusive Tile back in 2021 when Covid was still happening. Did not proceed with the project at that time, but did remember how extremely nice is was. Fast forward to today and I hired a contractor from hell, (literally) to do my bathroom. He had me go somewhere for tiles that I can buy and bring them home that same day. It ended up being that I only came home with half on my tiles and were to pick up the other half at another store, to find out later that they didn’t even have the other half like they said they did. I was very short for time as they were just about ready to tile. I had remembered how nice Danny was back in 2021, so I decided to go see if he had anything I liked in stock. I was pretty much having a melt down at this point that day, but Danny being the extremely nice and personable guy that he is, helped me not only picked out tiles but he also listened. He had the tiles ready to pick up the next day like he said he would. Another long story short the contractor from hell, did everything wrong with EVERYTHING and didn’t finish the job. All the tile that the contractor from hell put up was going to have to come down bc of everything that he had done wrong. My husband called Danny and he suggested someone to us which he uses for his jobs and said try giving him a call. We did and he was just as nice and Danny. I have never dealt more easy going people in my entire life. Yossi from S&A Home Improvement was a life saver, he came in and fixed everything that the contractor from hell did wrong, his men were very pleasant, efficient and clean. And once again, Danny helped me pick out the tiles I really wanted in the first place and had them ready for Yossi when he needed them. Danny even took back some of the unopened boxes of tile that the contractor from hell over ordered the first time around. Moral of this story is always, always do your homework when it comes to contractors and always, always use Danny from Xclusive Tile. You will never regret using him. I could not thank Danny enough for all that he did. He literally went above and beyond, and even beyond that.

I had the opportunity to work with Xclusive Tile and I was not disappointed. Danny took the time to look through his showroom to find flooring and a backsplash and he found exactly what I was looking for.
In the end, when I had a case or two of extra tile, Danny happily took it back with a refund.
